The most important characteristic of the strawberry is its richness in sugar and mineral salts, especially lime, phosphorus and iron, and the protein is found in its small grains, and it also contains natural salicylate acid. Accordingly, the strawberry is described in cases of the articulated lung. Gout, liver damage, urinary tract stones, bile duct stones and bladder disease. In addition, its natural sugar content benefits diabetics who can eat it without any warning.
Strawberries have the property of reducing the amounts of urinary acid, they also activate bile and increase the alkalinity of the blood, and above this, they are considered to be an analgesic and a sedative for the nerves.

However, observers, some people are allergic to strawberries, and this sensitivity manifests itself in the form of pain or itching of the skin, or red stings on the skin, or even sudden diarrhoea, and some old doctors have it. have even accused of causing abortion of pregnancy.
The cause of the allergy can be due to the protein granules on their surface, and in this case, the problem ends as soon as the granules are removed, or the method used for some food allergies can be applied, which is that the person suffering from this condition eats a small amount of strawberry, which gradually increases over a few days or weeks.
It is necessary to point out that strawberries often come to us full of sprouts and dust accumulated on it during its growth and maturity, and if it has the ability to exterminate sprouts, that does not mean that you neglect it. clean, as much as possible - before eating it - and that the strawberry should be eaten immediately after cleaning it. Rinsing it off with water and then letting it sit for a while will ruin its antibacterial properties.
