Sugar cane
We are used to seeing sugar as a source of "sugar" in our food.
In fact, the sugar that we know does not achieve the desired benefit: it is a chemical in the first place, which caused it to lose a lot of its vitamins and useful natural properties, and so we had to take our need the sweet stuff from its most important source, which is sugar cane. It outperforms beetroot in its usefulness for producing sweet substances, as it is an excellent nutrient, useful in cases of excessive leanness, strengthens bones and liver, and fights arrest and dysuria.
As for vegetable sugar, extracted from sugar cane, it has a known interest in the fight against chronic cough and is also described to improve the voice and eliminate hoarseness, and it is advisable to use it with a substance acid like lemon for example.
